We use ELLA Todos Santos - a Guatemalan medium-roast and a non-GMO craft coffee from a Women Producers’ Co-Op. We love their story!

This is new technology developed by a company in Italy. Roasted and then sealed immediately in individual pouches filled with nitrogen. Typical coffee pods need to allow roasted coffee to degas which begins its breakdown. This new method ensures the very freshest coffee and a long and stable shelf life. Our packaging partner is using this technology in the U.S. for the very first time and we are so glad to work with them!
