Introducing Town Coffee Company's Revolutionary K-Pods: Craft Coffee with a Conscience

At Town Coffee Company, we've always been committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences while prioritizing sustainability. That's why we're thrilled to introduce this latest innovation: revolutionary K-Pods that are not only planet-friendly but also feature our incredible craft coffee. As members of 1% for the Planet, we've long been skeptical of traditional K-cups, which contribute to single-use plastic waste and often compromise on taste. But after an extensive search, we've finally found a solution that aligns with our values and exceeds our expectations.

Our new Town K-Pods are 100% compostable, addressing the environmental concerns associated with traditional K-cups. Developed with cutting-edge technology in Italy and brought to life by a U.S. company here in Virginia, these K-Pods represent a breakthrough in sustainable coffee brewing. We personally traveled ten hours to meet with the creators, gaining firsthand insight into the process and materials used. The result? Town's very own craft coffee now available in an amazing Keurig machine-compatible format.

What sets our K-Pods apart is not just their eco-friendliness, but also the exceptional taste they deliver. We've carefully selected our premium coffee ELLA to fill these pods, ensuring that every cup brewed is rich, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply someone who enjoys a good cup of joe, our K-Pods offer convenience without compromise.

Making the Town Coffee K-Pods. Individually sealed for freshness and no plastics!

We feature our Town Premium Coffee ELLA Todos Santos in our coffee pods. ELLA is strong, wild and fragrant, like berries and dark dried apricots in the cup, with a big jammy body and dark chocolate foundation.

  • 276 women producers

  • Altitude: 1,700 to 2,100 meters above sea level (MASL)

  • Varietals: Bourbon, Caturra, Catuaí, Pache, Yellow Pache

  • Location: San Martin Todos Santos, Cuchumatanes, Guatemala

  • Processes: Fully washed, concrete patio drying for 7-10 days

What Makes These So Different?

In addition to their environmental and flavor advantages, these innovative K-Pods boast an ingenious packaging process that sets them apart from the competition. Utilizing nitrogen technology, we're able to seal our pods immediately after production without the need for degassing. Unlike traditional methods that require days of waiting for roasted coffee to degas before sealing, our pods preserve the freshness and integrity of the coffee from the moment it's roasted.

This results in an exceptionally long and stable shelf life, ensuring that every cup brewed tastes as amazing as the day the pods were sealed. With Town's K-Pods, you can enjoy the peak flavor of our craft coffee with every single brew, making every morning a moment to savor.

Planetary Well-Being

At Town Coffee, we hold steadfast to our values and commitment to the environment, and we would never compromise on these principles with our K-Pods unless we were absolutely certain the product was exceptional. With every cup brewed using our revolutionary K-Pods, you're not only treating yourself to exceptional coffee but also contributing to a sustainable future.
