Championing Women-Owned Farms, Co-Ops and Coffee Mills:

Women-owned coffee farms and mills, their farms and cooperatives are driving forces behind the scenes, managing processing, sorting, and quality control with remarkable expertise. Yet, they face unique challenges. Supporting these women-led enterprises not only promotes gender equality but also fosters economic growth within their communities. Through Impact Coffee initiatives, we forge partnerships with these growers, empowering women to take leadership roles, providing access to resources, and promoting their exceptional coffee on a broader scale. Affording them access and increasing demand for their coffee. We love supporting these producers! We currently have two coffees from women-owned co-ops, with ELLA Todos Santos as our Town Premium Coffee, and partnering with them is so important to us. And their coffee is amazing!

Someday I am sure “Big Coffee” will begin to use the term “Impact Coffee”. Though it would lack authenticity because their business model does not embrace any of these concepts. They are singularly focused on profit and market share.
